When you purchase tickets, you are agreeing to allow the Promoter, Event Organizer, and Ticket Partners to contact you regarding event updates, specials, and future events.  Please contact our Ticket partner for additional information.

TICKET & REFUND POLICY

1. Ticket Purchase Terms

By purchasing tickets to an event, you agree to the following conditions:

• All sales are final; no refunds or exchanges.  
• Organizer and venue reserve the right to postpone or reschedule the event for any reason.  
• Tickets may not be resold without written consent from the event organizer.
• Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets will not be replaced.
• Square may round up charges and potentailly charge an additional $.01 to $1.00. 

2. Event Entry and Conduct

To ensure safety and enjoyment:

• Entry requires physical or digital ticket. Entry may require a valid ID to qualify for special offers.
• Security searches may be conducted.  Refusal may result in denied entry without refund.
• Prohibited items include weapons, outside food or drinks (unless for a baby or medical related), items for resale, and unauthorized recording devices. 
• Disruptive behavior, intoxication, or harassment may lead to ejection without warning or refund.

3. Event Changes, Cancellations, and Refunds

• Event dates, times, and locations are subject to change. 
• You acknowledge with your purchase that NO Refund will be given if the event dates, times and/or location is changed.
• If the event dates, times, or location is changed, your Tickets will be honored at that time.  If unable to attend, you may request to transfer your Tickets to another one of our events.
• Ticket promotions maybe ran at anytime and are not grounds for a refund or credit.
• If an event is canceled and not rescheduled at the same location or a location within 2 hours of the original location, a refund will be provided minus any and all fees. 
• Weather delays or other rescheduling doesn't warrant a refund unless explicitly stated.

4. Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver

By purchasing a ticket and attending the event, you voluntarily assume all risks, including injury, property damage, and exposure to communicable diseases.  The event organizer, venue, sponsors, participants, and any affiliates are not liable for any resulting damages or losses.

5. Health Guidelines

Attendees must adhere to local health mandates and venue policies.  Failure to do so may result in removal from the event without a refund.

6. Photography, Media, and Intellectual Property

• Personal photography and video for non-commercial use is permitted unless otherwise stated.
• Unauthorized commercial recording or distribution of event content is prohibited without written consent from the event organizer.
• By attending, you grant the event organizer the right to use your image, voice, likeness, and social media post for promotional purposes without compensation.

7. Ticket Fraud and Unauthorized Sales

• Tickets purchased from unauthorized resellers may be invalid.
• We reserve the right to cancel fraudulent or suspicious ticket purchases

8. Accessibility and Special Accommodations
